一颗特大“夜明珠”近日在哈尔滨露面，记者在收藏人刘先生家中目睹并拍摄了这颗放射着柔和冷光的“夜明珠”。
据刘先生出示的福建省宝石质量监督检验站《宝石鉴定证书》记录，这颗“荧石夜明珠”直径２７０毫米、重量达２５千克。
据了解，“夜明珠”有贝珠、鱼囊石和“荧石”等多种，国外一些机构曾对其中一些标出了不菲的价格。“夜明珠”因含各种稀有元素而常呈紫红、翠绿、浅蓝色。
刘先生收藏的这颗“荧石夜明珠”通体墨绿，吸收热能后便会发出月亮般的光亮，其发光原理为“磷光效应”。这颗特大“夜明珠”的体积和重量均超过南京市吴姓收藏者拥有的一颗直径２６５毫米、重２０．５千克的“夜明珠”。 |
