『聯想舞曲』的意念源於小時候作文，誤將「東方之珠」寫成是「東方蜘蛛」，當時聯想香港就像小蜘蛛吐絲織成蜘蛛網絡般聯繫國際，因此香港極受東西文化影響，形成今時香港特色文化。設計特別用了蜘蛛網的形態再加以變化來表達香港與國際間緊扣的關係，似正搖曳擺動和色彩絢麗的不同種類寶石來表現香港正與世界起舞，共進繁華。[/color]
